Just wondering what you all our using and where and what you paid for them. Also interested in a upper strut tower brace.

Thanks

Spohn equip mentioned in sig.

Quality product and very good customer service. The mechanic I paid to install my stuff was impressed at how well his stuff was designed and how easy everything fit in (even saved me some $$$ on the labor)

However, I think his shop is still closed for retooling.

On my car:
SFCs = Jegsters bolt-in (will also weld on later). Paid around $180 delivered, from Jegs of course.
STB = Jamex. Paid $30 and got it from Ebay.
Pictures of both on my website.
Car drives like new with the STB, SFcs and new shocks & struts.

I think www.lingenfelter.com has the cheapest price on Kenny Browns.

I've never installed SFC's and had a couple of Q's. I definately want the weld in style so the bolt holes do not elongate. Where on the subframe do you put them? Can you still get the transmission out of the car with them installed? As of right now the complete exhaust is off the car and I will be taking trans out soon to send it out and install torque converter. Do the SFC's fit with a catalytic converter or are they strictly for race use? Where do you get the Spohn's?

Thanks guys,
Hank O.

I can't tell you how the SFC's are connected since I paid a mechanic to do it and I can't look under the car to tell you.

I can say that with instructions the installation is not difficult (Spohn sent very detailed instructions). The SFC's consist of 4 pieces when shipped.

If there is a price difference between bolt or weld versions get the cheapest and weld them in anyway.

You will have no problem removing or installing a tranny with SFC's installed. You catalytic converter will not interfere with the SFC's. The only clearance issue you MIGHT have is at the Y-pipe.
