restoring car, starting with suspension
ive decided to bring my car back to show quality and most of the suspension components are the ones that came off the factory line. what all should i refresh? heres my list so far:
shocks/struts
brakes/drums
a bushing kit for front and rear
after that i go blank. what else can yall think of? i was condsidering springs but those are pricey arent they? and difficult to install. thanks for the help.

Springs really aren't that expensive. You should look into it. If you are doing suspension, go ahead and get a set of subframe connectors. They are well worth the money and should be at the top of the to-do list.
yep. They stiffen up the car. You will get less creaks, rattles, shakes etc. the car will feel more solid/well-built. It also prevents unibody flex which can cause cracking in the paint/body among other things after years of hard work. They may even take a tenth off your 1/4 time if your unibody was weak and flexing around a lot etc.
They are a great thing to get.... get the weld-ins.
