What brand to go with on brake pads???
What brand to go with on brake pads???
I was wondering, what is a good set of performance brake pads for my Camaro? I would like to get something better than regular brake pads. I have the "hub" style front rotors with the inner/outer wheel bearings inside. Anyone have any experiance with like Raybestos "Brute Stop" pads??? Or how about Hawks brand?

Well i got GM:s pads and i think they are good. Maybe a little bit much dust on the rims after hard driving.

WOW!
I don't know what to go with here! I have like three or four brands listed here so far. I know I can get the performance friction pads at my local Auto parts store. As far as Hawks brake pads, I can probably get them on there website.
To Ed,
Where do you get these EBC Greenstuff pads??? What's the price on them? Do they fit directly into my OEM Calipers???
Please let me know, thanks.

Like Justin said, Tirerack is the spot. Put in your info to find the pads for you or call and talk to the customer service guy, they're pretty good with phone service.
Mine ran me $79 front and $69 rear for 1LEs. For comparison, PF Z-Rated pads were about $50 for my '93 4x4. To me, the extra money is worth it.
