front brakes stick

My 91 Rs v8 5spd has been sitting for 4 years in front of some guys house. I bought it and when I ran it and drove it. It seemed to need front calipers and rear brake shoes and new wheel cyliders. Once i had that in i took it for a spin and the front brakes still stick to the rotars. I got back and touched them to see in they were hot and they were really hot. I dont know what eles could be wrong. I thought the calipers were shot but they werent. I dont think pressure is getting back from the calipers to release them. Does anyone know what else it could be? Help.
-Thanks

take the caliper bushings out and polish them with some emery and put them back in with a little white grease

Might also need some new rubber lines... they rust up inside & get constricted, the fluid will get forced in there by the hydraulic pressure but then can't easily get back out, so the calipers stick
