Alignment specs for my setup?

Hello all:

Here we go. I have PST polygraph A-arm bushings, Hellwig 1 5/16" front sway bar, Moog ball joints, stock springs, 245/50/16 tires, Energy suspension end-links and sway bushings, semi-boxed control arms, replaced normal struts, 15/16 rear sway bar w/ es stuff, Lakewood Rear LCAs and panhard, stock springs.

What do you all suggest?

I'm thinking
Camber: -1 /deg
Caster: +4.5 /deg (L) +5.0 /deg (R)
Toe: -1/32 in -1/16 total

Is there any other things that can be checked on the rack? Like diamond shaped frame or if the rears are straight. I think this car may have had an accident before I bought it? It drives fine. I think.

personally don't go below -.5* on the camber. unless you don't mind inner tire wear. caster and toe are fine. other things that can be checked are :

setback - this will tell you if one tire is ahead of the other. now this can idicate a front cross member being crooked. but not a problem unless it is getting to be more than .5* difference. a positive setback is the right tire further back than the left tire.

SAI - or Steering Axis Inclination. this will tell you if the strut, strut tower, or spindle is bent. if the SAI is the same or real close to each other. but the IA ( Included Angle) is different, then you have a bent spindle. if IA is the same, but the SAI is different, then it is either a bent strut or tower.

the rear you can measure. camber, toe, axle offset and thrust angle.

thrust angle - which way the rear is pointed from straight ahead with the car. this is what causes "dog-legging". or the back of the car to one side while driving straight. positive TA is the rear turned to the right. negative = left. now to see if the TA is real, you check it against the axle offset.

axle offset - the axle either left or right of the geometric centerline of the car. you know, why is my tire on the left side closer to the fenderwell than the right tire? if the axle offset is the same as TA, then the actual TA is 0*. the axle offset is corrected by getting an adjustable panhard rod.

Please check out my other post for after the alignment. It's called: Hi performance alignment techs look here.

I put in alignment specs for my car. The tech was lazy and didn't check squat or even want to adjust anything.
