Brakes wont stop leaking fluid!!

I just got a Moser 9" rear end and got the Wilwood disc brakes system. The fittings that I screw into the caliper are leaking from both sides (the caliper and wheer the line meets the fitting. and the brake line has play in it. That is, when the fitting at the end of the brake is screwed in as far as possible, I can still pull and push the brake line from and towards the caliper. I am using a 3/16 line. I tried both inverted and verted flared lines but they bothe leak. Does the flare have to be larger?

The banjo bolt should be a slip fit. It sounds like you have the wrong size hose. Did you install the crush washers?

Thanks for the reply. All I needed was a fitting to "lock the line" in place. Then I just screwed that new fitting into the caliper. A stupid mistake.
