Brake Problems

When I am going down a hill my front end kind of shimmys when I am on the brakes. If I am going fast and get on my brakes it will shimmy pretty hard and pull to the right. Another weird thing it does is when I am coming to a stop I can fell the pads grabbing an releasing slightly. I suspected warped rotors but when I went to check the brakes the caliper piston was extremely hard to put back in place I had to use a c clamp to get it to go back in. What are the symptoms of bad calipers? So is it possible that I need new calipers as well as rotors. While I'm at it might as well replace the hoses and put some new pads in right?

Another thing I forgot about is that I bleed my brakes about a month ago so I don't think there is anything blocking the hoses.
Also any suggestions on brands I should get. I don't want Performance Friction Pads because I think they are part of the problem.
