Remove ft sway bar! yes or no?

I am building my car for the 1/8 mile. It will be driven to the track and on occasions around town.

My question is should I remove the ft sway bar?

How many are running with out one?

It will help with weight transfer. As long as you dont drive it too much around town, it probally wont be so bad. It might take a little getting used to....you gotta slow down for the corners a-lot more....but its not that bad.

I have heard both sides to this and IMHO it wont be a night and day difference, but if you are tryin to get everything you can without spending more money, it will help transfer the weight to the rear by allowing the front end to droop eaiser.

track yes... street no. Simply take off drivers side end link at the track... then replace. (This is what I've been told, havent tried it yet).

yank it off!! It might not make or break the car at the track but it is worth something. Both cars In sig have theirs removed. I just took the on e off my stang 2 weeks ago and forgot about it till you mentioned it. Seriously around town unless you seriously dog it around corners it isnt any diferent at all to me. What the syaybar is really good for is evasive manuevering. Like when you have to swerve around something. turning 1way dosnt make a big diference but try to corect real fast and it can get ugly. As little as you drive it take it off and leave it off.
