wheel jumps

whenever my wheel is cut all the way to the right, the passenger wheel kinda jumps back and forth but it is only the passenger wheel. what could this be??

sounds like something is loose or maybe even broke, just check over the front suspension and steering components on the passengers side... could be a bad bushing or something ..
