82 posi disc in 91 RS

Hey guys...2 days ago i blew my rear end and i need a quick fix..my friend has an 83 camaro with a posi disc rear end....my cars a non posi drum brake car. If i replace just the rear end and the brake cables..will my car be driveable?

the rear end will bolt right in, however when changing drum to disk to need to get the proportioning valve off the master cyclinder... for proper braking..

Yeah well i was told by someone that in the 91-92 cars the valve was different and would allow a change like this.And if not..would i at least be able to semi safely get back and fourth to work(about a 2 mile drive)

hey guys.im really sorry(i feel like an idoit) i just found out that its a drum brake setup..with 3.23 gears.....hopefully it will be an easy swap(heres a pic of my pig..haha)
