sway bar bushing question
i just got a set of energy suspension sway bar bushings (front and rear). but they don't have the "cut" in them to slide them over the sway bar like the factory rubber bushings. am i supposed to try and get these on over the end of the sway bar (seems impossible) or cut my own slit in them to fit them on the sway bars???
thanks...
thanks...

yeah, there is no way you will be able to slide it over the sway bar, i would just cut it also.

i got the biggest they had (energy suspension 34mm) but didnt realize i have the 36mm sway bar. "it no fit, dr. jones!!!"
just ordered the guldstrand bushings (front and rear) and returned the energy suspension ones. but the new ones wont get here till later in the week. *sigh*

Actually there are two ways to go if you did want to upgrade to my 36mm geasable front sway bar bushing kit. You can cancel the Guldstrand order and order mine. Or do as Ed did and order the 200170-CB kit and send your bushings to me for modification. I modify Guldstrand poly-graphite or polyurethane bushings for my kits. Third option (if they haven't shipped yet) is to call Bobby at Guldstrand and have them just drop-shipped to Top-Down Solutions. He has my shipping address on file.
