Can't hook up..
Can't hook up..
I have Bilsteins shocks-hotchkis LCA's and panhard rod and TOYO PROXES my best 60' time is 2.225 but I have to do 1/2 throttle after I engage the clutch to get it... otherwise if I pop the clutch I just stay there and spin.. I know I need some Drag radials but I have seen some 5 speed guys getting 2.0 60' times on streets..
So tell me guys how you do it?

Your car lowered? or just have old worn-out stock springs?Sounds like it might.
Un-lower it or get some new springs that can control the rear end's motion, or put some LCA lowering brackets in it, or both.

These cars come from the factory with a botched design in the rear suspension. The front mounting point of the LCA on the frame, is lower than the rear mounting point, on the rear end. So, whenever the rear end tries to push the car forward, it attempts to raise itself with respect to the frame. The lower the car sits, the worse the problem is. The cure is a welded-on bracket that extends the rear point downwards. In the pic, you can clearly see the bracket. Originally, the LCA met the rear end about 3" higher, in fact you can see the hole, partially obscured by the parking brake cable. You'll notice that on this car, the rear of the LCA is now closer to the ground than the front; so now when the rear end is trying to accelerate the car, it tries to drive itself into the pavement instead of trying to lift itself off the pavement. It made an astounding difference to the car's hookup.

Those are Spohn bracket extensions, but they're also available elsewhere. Steve sells them for about $65 or $70.
If your Hotckis parts fit your stock LCA brackets, they'll fit these too. BTW my LCAs are Lakewood.
