looking for some feed back

ok i have a 91 firebird with a 3.1L
first i changed the shocks and springs
then the exhaust

at this point the car handled a hell f a lt better %^)

now i just had the SFC, LAC (relc. brackets) , rear WS6 sway bar, i'd say 2/3rd's f the Energy suspension hyperflex kit, and a custm set of headers installed a few day's ago

now my question is

the car all in all seems to ride a hell f a lot rougher then B4 i started wrking on it????????

now later on this week i'll have the wonder bar, front WS6 bar, wonder bar, and the last f the ES kit installed ......

now after all this what can i do if anything to smooooth out my ride?????

The rough ride is coming from that Energy Suspension Bushings kit. It really stiffens up the ride. After you put the rest of hte kit your cars ride is gonna get even worse O_o. Pretty much the only thing you could do is adjust your adjustible shocks that you got and make then soft when your on the street. But also in time those bushings are going to wear out a bit. And then the ride will get a little smoother. Or also you could take a ride in my car. After you ride in my car on the street your car will feel like a $80k luxory car. haha

Might I suggest you buy a luxury car if you don't like stiff performance suspensions. Then try taling a hard corner in that luxury car without ending up on someone front lawn

Yup you have to sacrafice comfort for performance. I made alot of sacrafice for performance. Took out my carpet, rear seat, I have stupid stiff springs, full metal in the rear (no bushings), poly bushings int eh front (soon to be replaced with sepherical rod ends. Man comfort dont exist. O_o

I have upgraded the suspension on my ride quite a bit and have maintained a livable balance with comfort. Just as FYI I have Eibach springs, BIlstein shocks/struts, Polygraphite bushings, and the hotchkis rear suspension kit. This is also with 17" wheels and 255/45 tires. Maybe my suspension isn't as "race-only" as everyone else's but it surely does the job.
