Replacing 15's w/ 16's?

I want to replace my 15x7" stock wheels on my '86TA with 16x8 GTA wheels. Is there any problem with doing that or is there a spacing problem on the rear?

No problem at all. Just make sure you put the front wheels on the front, and the rears on the rear. They're different.

Just in case someone mentions the rear spacers--you don't need them. Those 16's will bolt right on any third-gen--mine used to have 14's

just replaced the 15`s on my 85 with 16 inch formy`s no problems on mine except when you cut the wheel really tight there is slight rubbing but that is common even on cars that came with 16`s stock
