Has anyone put 4th gen brakes on a 3rd gen?

I need to upgrade brakes and I know using factory
equipment is a cheaper way to go.I'd love to use some
4th gen stuff if I could.I'm sure this has been asked
but I did a search first,so don't rag on me.

Thanks to all

I made 2 topics about this. The first link is how it could be done. The second is question and answer.

I put fourth gen discs on my ten bolt rear end. You just have to swap out the backing plates and they bolt right up. I've got some pix on my website.

Sorry, I assumed you would check my profile...

My site

I believe they are a bit over 11" rotors.
