Summit has them for sure, I'm looking at them in my catalog.

"Front or rear springs, pair FROM $89.95."

If you're near Morristown, NJ...Clinton Square Auto Parts sold me two sets at $78 a pair. They have the Moog catalog so you can find the rate/size you want.

Any Advance Auto parts will order them. I got the 706 lb per inch springs. Moog Part #5662. The price was around $65.

I just got a pair from Oreilley Auto Parts, for 57.99 for the 5664's, and 52.99 for the CC635, rear springs. Can't wait until they get here on Friday.
I have a Non F-body question, more spring related. I was trying to find some springs for my bro's 97 Grand Cherokee, but the moog catalog didn't list that year, they stopped at 96. I haven't found any online through other companies either. Does anyone know if there's a difference in springs from 96 - 97, different shape ends, size, anything?

What is a good spring rate (moog) for a car that is a daily driver but sees a little street action here and there?

I'm seeing you guys refer to these part numbers as MOOG springs. On Advance Autoparts' website, for a 92 Z28 they show them as TRW's. Did TRW buy MOOG? Are these the same? Seems to me these are the same as MOOG. Any ideas?

Moog and TRW are the same. Both owned by Federal Mogul.

I'm new to the this coil spring thing so excuse my ignorance, but the 5662 front springs are shown as a constant rate while the CC635 rear springs are shown as a variable rate on Advance Autoparts website. Do you want to run those together?

I ask about this because these are the springs that I was considering for my 5-speed RS project car. How do you think they would work out?

Well first the links dont work. And second the springs should work out just fine. Everything I've read has told me that these springs are a good combo. These are the WS6 springs. I will have more info in about 2 weeks when mine are installed. Other members have had great luck running this combo. Some like to cut a little off the front spring to drop the nose a little bit.

Copy and paste those addresses into your address bar and try them. They worked that way for me. Sorry.

I beleive that our stock springs were constant in the front, and progressive in the back to begin with. I took a pic of my stock springs,{I know, it's not the greatest quality, but it's better than nothing} Stock front spring on the left, Moog 5664 front in the middle, and stock rear spring on the right. I had already installed the rear springs by the time I thought of taking a pic, {too anxious I suppose} If you look closely, you can tell that the coils slightly get further apart on the rear spring as you go up it. I left the CC635's the height that they came from the factory, and it lifted up the rear quite a bit compared to my worn out soft ride springs. And I cut a little over 3/4 of a coil on the front springs, due to having a V6, and wanting a slightly lowered nose. Overall, I think that it's stance turned out nicely. I'll get a pic soon if anyone's interested in what it looks like after the cut fronts.

Just contact you local jeep dealship and get them to look up the part # for the 96 and 97 and see it they are the same.

I am pretty sure they are. Most parts for those year models interchange, but dont quote me on that. To be safe check you jeep dealership. They will be glad to help.

hey, thanks a lot,... I didn't think anyone was going to even bother with that one. I've got a friend getting a MOOG spring catalog,.. hopefully in the next few days, that way I can look up the specs for other cars springs as well.
