spring and shock install question?

spring and shock install question?

i ordered eibach sportlins blistens sp shocks and struts and spohn's LCA relocation brackets. i would do the install my self but the LCA relocation brackets need to be welded into place and plain and simple i don't weld. so any input on how much a shop would cost to install all of these parts???

I would try to install the springs and shocks yourself. A shop would probably soak you pretty good on those two. I was quoted $400 at my local GM dealership, so I decided to do it myself. The welding for the relocation brackets shouldn't be more than an hour worth of labor. Probably $40-60. The bottom line is I would try to do the most work you can yourself and save yourself quite a bit of money. The shocks and rear springs are very simple. The front springs are a little more difficult but shouldn't be a problem.

sounds like a good idea espically if its gonna cost me $400 to have them installed!!
