Jus measure the sleeve on the endlink and buy the closest size.

I looked them up on Summit's web site a couple of days ago. Try part # ENS-9-8117G (black). By the way, GM has poly end links in stock, and they're cheaper than Summit.

Go to Auto Zone. They're $14.99 a pair for the Energy Suspension endlinks and you don't even have to guess at the size, because they have it in their computer.

fyi: advance auto parts has TRW endlinks with poly bushings, and they even have a lifetime warranty, i think the part number was 18205HD but im not sure, and they are the same front and rear.

Can I cut these off?

If one was to replace their endlinks, would it be ok to cut the old ones off? Mine are pretty fukin rusted and dont want to come off, and the bushings are not really doing to well. So I think I just want to cut them off and replace them with new ones, if thats ok......Im not going to mess anything up by cutting them off am I?

Even out here in SoCal I have to cut off roughly 1 out of 6 to remove them. No harm done in cutting it.

i would suggest taking a dremel with a cut-off bit on it , thats what i would do . but a hack saw would work if you don't have a dremel

That's why I recommend just replacing the whole end link set and not just the bushings. You will waste so much time trying to save your old rusted nuts and bolts, and by the time you get them off, you could have cut them off and have the new ones on already. It's not worth the time when you can have all new parts there.

If you do cut them, get a Sawzall or the like. It'll make quick work of those rusty bolts and sleeves.

I just used a bolt cutter. it takes some acrobatics, but you can get them in there.

don't waste money on polygraphite end-link bushings. the only difference between polyurethane and polygraphite is that polygraphite doesn't make much rubbing noise. this isn't an issue with the end links.

just a note, i installed Prothane end links in front and back, and both of my front end links are bent after a month and a half. I don't know what happened, i'll do some more investigating soon and see what I can find out.

Update.....its 1:15 now and I started this at 8:30, I have only ONE endlink off. This first one gave me so many problems. FYI, a dremel does not work either. After about 2 1/2 hours of trying everything I could think of, and going through half a can of PB Blaster, I went to WalMArt and bought a dremel.........waste of money. Im too tired to do the other side tonite. Going to do some work on the rear and my new tranny mount tomorrow. Side note, Pep boys carrys energy suspension and my end links were only 15.99 for the set. Oi, Im going to bed.

i took a dremel with a high speed cut off bit , they will cut through any thing . i had to do this on my other car the dremel should cut right through the bolts on the links then just take it right through the middle of it this way you have a way to get the sleeve off.
