Alston SFC's
Since search is down i will ask. Does anybody have the weld in or bolt in SFC's? How are they to install? Do they fit right? Did you notice a big improvement?

I dont have SFC yet, but that will be my next mod. Id probably say that 90% of the people here would agree its a MUST-HAVE mod to your car. So im sure when u get them installed u will be happy.

How about
102319 Weld-in Subframe Connector, 82-92 Camaro, Firebird
Do they require mods?

I have alston sfc weld in on my vert. No problems to install. Took it to the muffler shop and 20 mins later they were on. For a convertible, they are a must have, and as long as they do not look under the car in scca inspections, I pass for stock.

I have had the bolt-ins (also welded in) for about two years and they made a day-and-night difference to the personality of the suspension. No more squeeks either! Very easily installed; did it myself in about 45 minutes.
I found a nice set of sub frame connectors on e-bay , they look like they are going for fairly cheap. Does anyone know how these work? look like nice pieces tho.

I have the Alston bolt in/weld in ones, and they are awesome. Just some drilling and bolting them in and welding them. Took about 2.0 hours.
