I cut a tire on my IROC.
It’s a BFG Comp TA ZR 255/40/17
Tried http://www.tirerack.com and looks like BFG Comp TA ZR line is pretty much discontinued
Does anybody have any idea where to get it?
A slightly used one is OK with me too.

is that vette Mallette modified? not sure but i heard Mallette was one of the only places to get Bigger LS1(6) type engines and such. Theres a few of them around here...seen a 396 one day. almost started crying it was sooo beautiful.

 

MTI is the major company for increased displacement strokers. I just decided today that I will be getting the 5.3 liter truck LS1 heads ported and going to get the thunder racing 224 cam to go along with it. Should put me in the 11's I hope.

It has aluminum re-sleeved block - 4.1” bore and stoker 4.125” crank. (436ci)

 

how streetable is that combo?

 

Pretty much as streetable as a stock Vette.
