sterring wheel back and forth over dips

ok, got the 88 firebird runnign today and drives good and all except when like you go over several dips in road the steering wheel kicks side to side pretty good and its not cool, i take it this means either tie rod end wear or pitman or idler arm wear, right ? car was hit at an angle on driver side nose smacked pretty good


also the front brakes pull somewhat to driver side i think, uneven braking, car been sitting not running for 11 months outside until this morning when i got it all reassembled, so..

If your suspension steering parts are original then chances are they do need replacing and are the main cause of your problem.If everything is in good shape then it could be bump steer if car is lowered. An alignment mechanic can tell you if anything is bent from the accident.
