you dont have to replace the endlink bushings but hte bushings that are toward the middle and go to the subrame and rear end yes. (if the sway bar is a different size)

...also if your bushings look like mine (pic below) then yes...
The end links I do however recommend replacing. Many times the bolt begins to distort or bend. The end link bolts I replaced today (yes I replaced both front & rear sway bars, bushings, & end links today) literally broke the nut clean off when trying to remove them off the front. The rear, the end link bolts were bent.
