Axle/Gears: 4.11
83 disc on a 82

can i put 83 disc on my 82 drum rear end ?if no ,do they make a bracket to do it ? like the brackets you see on e-buy

The flange that the bracket bolts to on a drum rear is entirely different from the one on a disc rear. It might be possible to cut most of the bracket off and drill holes in what's left of it it for the backing plate bolts, I don't know, I've never tried; but as it comes, it won't.

Check the tech section, there’s an article about drums to disk, and the proper flange mod.

Thirdgen F-Body Rear Drum to LS1 Disc

Be aware there might be a slight difference between the mounting hardware of an '83 vs LS1's.
