HELP!! Brakes won't stop clanging
Ok, here's the deal. I did a complete brake job my 87 gta, and ever since then, my brakes won't stop jingling. They used to do it just when I hit a bump, or when it was really warm out. The same thing happened with my camaro. With that car, I changed the calipers, which fixed the problem for a while, then it started up again. Please help, what did I do wrong when I changed the brakes??? Thanks.

Does it sound like it's coming from the front or rear? The pads should have little clips on the backs that clip into the calipers' piston bore. Also, the pads have little tabs on them that may have to be bend down to hold the pads tightly to the calipers.
the sound is coming from both the front and back. I used the clips to hold the inner pad to the piston. Some days it is worse than others. One day it will be loud as hell, and other times it hardly does it all. I have a suspect the outer pad is causin the noise from being lose but I am not sure. Any suggestions??
Whew.. good think i looked before i made my own post... i have the same sound.. i had the brakes done last year and have just thought that it was just a sound.. It still makes it when i brake... its very faint, but i can hear it and its very annoying. what do i have to do to fix this? bend the clip to make it snugger?... but what makes it still jingle when i brake? it shouldnt jingle like that, which leads me to belive its got to be something else.
