Spring Drop Comparison?
Hi Guys,
I need to get an idea of how much real (including setteling) drop I will get from the following springs:
Ebiach Pro kit
B+G Sports
Hotchkiss
Global west
If possible I would like comments on quality and range of setteling. From reading the other threads on the subject, I still can not get a clear picture.
My car sat at 27.75 before the LS1 install. Not it is pitching up 1/2 an inch. I am looking to keeping the car as close to stock ride height as possible. Ideally I would only like to lower the front 1/2, to 3/4 inch from its current position.
It looks like I will be forced to use the factory rears to maintain the correct stance. If get lowering springs in the back how much can height can I get back using the 4th gen isolators?

I am thinking pro-kit (assuming it drops about 1"). Then with the 4th gen isolators you should gain enough to get you pretty close to that mark. You may be a little lower than stock, but I would say thats better than being too high

so you have a LS1 and the lack of weight caused the nose to come up, and you want the stock ride height back?
my thoughts would be:
1. cut the coil until its correct...
2. isnt the weight close to the V6 weight? can you use stock V6 springs?

Thanks. Any one here have experience with the B+G sports. They advertize 1.3 drop in front and 1" in rear.

My Hotchkis springs did a 1" drop in the front and 1.5" in the back. Had WS6 stock.
