Tubular A Arms
Does anyone currently make tubular A arms for third gens? The car is used for Road racing(Not to be confused with street racing)

i *personaly* wouldn't use the PA A-arms for road racing, they are designed for drag racing, and have maxium wieght savings in mind, not the strength needed for road racing.

The only thing is that I think PA racing is the only company that
makes tubular a-arms for our cars. They are offering a a-arm with the spring perch. However, I don't know if they are strong enough
for road racing or not, or if they will offer drastic weight savings.

if you don't use coilovers you have to have a spring perch.
pa racing coilover unit is perfect for 1/4 racing and works just as good as stock on the street. i can only assume that the spring perch or stock tubular setup from pa would work just as good if not better.
while i agree that road racing may not be the best idea with these units i know of plenty of "weekend" guys who have no problems. if anything you could easily add a little extra bracing in the needed areas but i have yet to see a unit fail.
i've only heard of one and it was a guy who jumped a freeway median.
