Adjustable Spring Perches
Heard a few people mention having these, Hunter and Crazy namely, but I have a few simple questions.
1) What is the minimum hieght that it adds to the stance/spring?
2) Can they be used in the rear as well?
3) Where can I find them?
Thanks guys... picks would be uber.

the ground contor kit uses 5.5" OD nascar springs, made by eibach, they are about 3 1/2" shorting i beleive. the spacer probably ads 1/2 - 1" so you can drop your car by as much a about 3" (this is all guess work) i think Revlimit has them installed, maybe he will reply. but i am pretty sure a phone call to GC would answer all your questions.

They can be used on both the front and rear. I'm using them on both my street car and my track car. I'm running 1/2 height springs with custom linear spring rates. At full lock up the car is very close to stock height. At full lock down the tires rest on the fenderwells (SLAMMED!). Weight Jacks are great because they give you full adjustability as far as ride height. The only junk part is a regular spring is too tall so it requires custom length springs. They can be used in race situations to corner weight, but since I race a roadcourse (not an oval track) I will be setting them up to be neutral. I mainly use them for ride height adjustments, but there are alot of uses. There are also weld in applications but it requires alot of welding to the Kmember (rear is not that bad).

Hey Crazy - where on the island do they have a road course, or are you just using the whole island?
Go to the webshots site in the sig for pictures of the Ground Control stuff that I use.

Its a converted road course at Hawaii Raceway Park. Part of the course is on the 1/4 mile strip. Its actually pretty junk. They are planning to build us a new track soon (on an old airfield) and they will be building a better 1.2 mile road course. Of course none of these tracks will be as good as the ones you guys have on the mainland US. We envy you guys.
As for Ground Control, I'll be honest and say I'm not a fan of their products. After getting into stock car racing suspension and theory I realized how much they overcharge for their parts. I dont think their products are worth the money. They just happen to market themselves well. And all this being said AFTER I bought all my stuff through them. Yes I do feel like an idiot.

Where is it cheaper Hawaiian? I think they have a niece market that they are going to suck till they are dry; if more people were into this ultra handling products and they had a competitor it would go down.
