I've known for a while now that my 86 IROC was hit in the front...When I bought it last year it had an 83 CFI front clip on it
So through out last winter I replaced the whole front end w/ new fenders/bumper cover/front spoiler/impact bar. Well as I was doin that I found that my passenger side body rail (dont know the correct terminology for it) was bent in...But it didnt seem to affect anyting until I put new tires on and it started rubbing on the back of my fender when I would turn...Now my question is if I have it straighten will I lose my structal intergrty? Any way I could weld something in there (after straight) to streaghten it? Or is the car just junk now and no point in fixing it?
Thanks Jason

It's already comprimised...., get it straightened and then get SFCs installed.
It's already been mentioned several times by several people that they do this... and they don't have any issues...
