Don't.
These cars aren't leaf-spring cars from the 60s. It is hugely dysfunctional to jack them up like people used to do. They have an actual rear suspension, unlike 1st & 2nd gen Camaros and old Mopars and stuff like that. We all have our own opions about what "looks good"; but to me personally, FWIW, a car that "looks" like it can't possibly be working right doesn't "look" very good at all. Instead it looks "broken".
Even worse, the parts of these cars that the shocks attach to are far too weak to support the weight of the car. The top of them just bolts to a place in the sheet metal of the floor pan. Even just the normal stress of absorbing shocks will eventually punch that section of sheet metal out. It's already happened to my car; I've had to have them welded back together.
All in all, a very bad idea.

Are you reffering to the air shocks that allow to to inflate/deflate the shocks at the touch of a button?
Or the type that you control with an air compressor that you plug into an outlet?

I was talking about the airshocks that you pump up with an air compressor, but now that I know about how they mount into the third gens. theres no way i'm putting them in. Thanks for the advise.you saved me a lot of trouble.:hail:
