I'm just about ready to put the 4th gen rear I got into my '90. I currently have 3.08 gears and this rear has 3.42's so I need to know what speedo gear(s) to get for the tranny so my speedo reads correctly. Part numbers are greatly appreciated.

I also need the part number for the prop. valve that I'll need for disc brakes. I currently have drums in the rear but the new rear has discs.

My last concern is the e-brake cables. Some people talk about cutting and welding a bracket (which I'd prefer not to do because of lack of resources) while other say they just bought a new e-brake cable and that worked. If anyone could help me out with the part number for the e-brake cable that works I'd greatly appreciate that also.

You'll need cables for a '90-92 disc rear car, they 're only $25 or so each from GM. Ask for the cables for a '92 car w/ the perf pkg brakes, I can't find the P/N for the cables but this is what I used.

I'll get ya the prop vlv P/N today if I don't forget.
