new parts and new problems

yesterday i spent about 9 hours working on the beast, installing the LCA's, relocation brackets, eibach springs, tokico illumina shocks. I also had to chop up my flowmaster cat back kit and welded it backtogether, so that took a good chunk of time.

anyway..... the car handles great, but now i have a humming/whining sound that gets louder the faster i go, it doesn't change with changing rpms, just with mph's. I have adjustable poly lca's and also installed poly end link bushings for the rear sway bar. I'm guessing its a drivetrain thing, but i don't get why it started with the mods i did yesterday. Any suggestions?

edit: I was looking at the car and I think that my rear might not be centered, i was in a rush last night and didn't check the length of the lca's after installation or the wheel spacing from side to side. Would that account for a new noise?

Your alignment is most likely off if you bought eibachs pro or sportline kit. Probably toed out and slightly cambered in now that your car is lowered some. I guess it could also be your rear end due to the change in pinion angle.

actually i guess i should specify that i only did the back half of the car last night, I still have do the springs and struts on the front. so, I'm guessing it's something with the drivetrain, but the thing is i got the pro kit, and the old springs were pretty shot, so it only lowered the car like half an inch anyway.

Check to see if something is rubbing the driveshaft, or that maybe one of the wheels isn't rubbing. I can't imagine that the LCA's being off would effect the pinion angle that much.
