While my car was parked today, someone physically drug it about 2 feet from the front. When I got in the car, I couldn't turn the steering wheel, nor the ignition key. After some force, I was able to. I noticed some slop in the steering box, and was wondering if that could have been caused by it. And what, if anything, could have been hurt, as I am pressing charges.

you mean someone hooked up a tow strap or somthing and dragged your car?

i suppose they might of connected whatever they were towing it with to something in the steering linkage...

 

wont have hurt anything as long as they hooked it up properly and not to the steering linkage. Yer wheel locked cause thats what they do when there's no key in the ignition and you try turning the wheels. Sometimes it can be hard to get the key back in also once its locked. Usually a little turn of the wheel is necessary.
