now I'm horribly confused...
My formula needs shocks, springs, front end rebuild, etc. and since this will be my first real suspension project, I've got a lot of questions. I want to keep to stock ride height, but go a little stiffer (its still a daily driver) than stock. So...
I found that Iroc springs were around 93/23 (?)Nm/mm. Is this roughly the same as my WS6 springs? What is the conversion of Nm/mm into lbs/in?
Given that I'm on a budget, Moog springs look like the way to go. Spohn sells a moog set (649 front at load height, 107 rear) that looks good, but that 107 looks off. With fronts like that isn't 150 or so more reasonable?
If I do go with stiffer springs, how can I choose a shock that compliments that rate? I've been planning on KYBs, but the Gr2 struts don't strike me as very stiff - am I asking for trouble putting them 650 front springs? How can I figure out which shocks work well with a specific spring rate?
And as always, a thanks to everyone on this board for all the great help you guys give!

I just bought the kit from Spohn (because I was ordering a panhard too) - If you order form summit its MOG-5662 and MOG-5665.
I've been unable to find the spring rating even on Federal Moguls site, but when I put the new rear springs in and started jacking up the pumpkin, imagine my surprise (and brief fear) when the chasis started lifting off the jackstands well before the lower shock bolts were close to their mounting hole. Moog also makes a variable rate spring as well, can't vouch for it though.
I've got a 91Z28 and am trying to keep it as stock as possible as its sole use is as a daily driver. I put Monroe Sensatrac shocks in the back. It was supposed to be put on the road finally tonight, but the gremlins invaded one of the new calipers during bleeding
