Are you talking about the needle valves in the valve stem? If so, you can find them in parts stores, tire replacement centers, Wal-Marts, and K-Marts.

Every tire store I have ever been in sells them. The Iroc rims can not run a full metal valve stem (will not fit in hole insert) So we have to run at best a rubber stem with a metal sleeve over the exposed stem section. Again, any tire store.

your saying that the stem with a hex on it is just a cover?? I thought it was one piece. I'll have to go look again. If that is the case then i guess i just need the rubber stems.

The sleeve is molded into the stem. 1/2 metal-1/2 rubber design.
