i used an airgun just made it tight enough so that they weren't lose at all yet still hadn't stipped the bolt. I do think that they included a sheet which had a recommended torque for the links
heh it really doesn't seem like i'm being much of a help here but to be honest i really don't think it would matter with the endlinks as to how tight they are

It does matter how tight you set your endlinks as yer setting preload which does affect handling. The number 85ft/lbs kinda sits in my head for some reason with endlinks...

Not necessary, but it wouldn't hurt it if you did grease the urethathane bushings.

Tighten the end links to 16 ft-lbs.
