what is best handling susp. setup -- coilovers? stock lowered?
I want the best handling suspension for autox and HARD street. Dont care if my teeth fall out and my spine fuses -- I want the most lateral g's I can get.
is coilovers the way to go or should I stick with the pseudo macpherson up front.
tubular k-member, a-arms? or stock?
rear coilovers? or stock?
what size sway bars?
Tubular torque arm?
I am not talking weight savings here -- just handling.
I already have LCA's, Panhard bar, SFC's and poly bushings up front and stock ws6 sway bars and springs and it feels great. however it still rolls too much and oversteers under neutral hard cornering.
I was thinking of going to eibach prokit springs and getting a steering brace, STB and some bigger sway bars (spohn).
what do you think?
thanks for any input.

stay with the stock style, non of the coil over conversion IMHO are up to the task of auto-x, road race, ect.
if you are REALLY after serious handling. forget the pro-kit.
look for custom rate springs. i would go through ground-control and get their weight jack system. koni yellow or better, maybe the GC shocks/struts or carrera, ect.
sway bars and exact spring rates are going to depend on your driving style, and preference. but for the BEST performance you are probably going to be looking in the 750# front / 225# rear range, you will pick the sway bar sizes by the feel you like, you can really use the sway bars to fine tune, once you have the spring combo worked out. some peope here run big rear bars, some run slightly stiffer springs, and less rear bar. it comes down to preference.
tires and alignment also make a big diffrence in handling, and feel of the car, get some really good sticky tires, and get a good performance alignement.
hope that helps, your question was pretty general so i'm going to leave it at that for now, if you have more questions, of course reply, i will do my best to answer.

hey thanks -- that info is really helpfull.
I didnt hear many good things about the coilover kits out there.
I will look into the springs you mentioned.
I already have the sport Bilsteins -- are konis any better?
I wanted to keep my cross lace rims for now but I was going to get a set of nitto DR's or BFG's. And I forgot to say I was going to get some good upper strut mounts to go with the STB.
Finding a good performance alignment shop would be nice.

from a pure performance stand point, yes the koni yellows are better.
for strut mounts, look at the billet ones from spohn, i have basicly the same thing (old HMS mounts) and love them.
STB and wonderbar will help steer feel quite a bit, they are worth while upgrades.
