I'm not really a newbie to cars, but I am to the older suspension like the 3rd gens. I have a 95 Cavalier so I need some help here and I think this will help a lot of people. On one side will be a list for stock, steet, and light racing parts, the right side will be parts you would only use for serious racing. I'll start with what I know, please add as you go.

Steet: Strip:
Strut tower brace
Lowering springs (2" max for street)
Sway bars (front and rear)
Shocks/Struts
Poly bushings



That's all I know as I'm faitly new to this suspension. Thanks for the help everyone. And if you have a better way to organize this please by all means reformat it.
