If you have 14" wheel than yes they will. That is a tiny tire.

That might bolt onto a wheel that you can subsequently bolt onto a firebird but it won't FIT. the stock tire size for an 86 (I'm guessing 86??) firebird is 215/60/R15.. a 215/50/R14 is almost 3" shorter in diameter... omg, just leave it on blocks until you get the right wheels/tires..

I have seen a 14'' Cragar SS on a 85 firebird and i thought it was pretty kool looking, that's what i got Cragar SS rims.

They might very well have looked good, but I bet they didn't have a 50mm series tire on there... taller might be okay looking...

OMG dude, those are pizza cutter supremes! Even if you decide to run 14 inch rims, at least go with a 225 or 235/60 series tire!
