shock/struts

hey guys i have a quick question.

when my motor is complete i'm putting nice set of new shocks and struts on my car.. question is:

i looked up this kit on the spohn performance site for the bilstien shock/strut kit and it's 550 for 2 front struts and 2 rear shocks.

here is the link http://www.spohn.net/product.cfm?productid=1344

now the question is will that give me better handling then if i were to go to autozone and buy a pretty good strut and shock kit from them? i mean i'm sure it might give better handling from stock suspension right? but like i said i work at midas and i can get a pretty nice discount at autozone so if i can go to autozone and still get a pretty nice shock and strut kit i will go there instead. thanks

When it comes to shocks and struts you get what you pay for. $20 specials at autozone are just replacment parts and may be worse than stock units.

I put on Monroe Sens A Trac and I'm very happy with them. They aren't cheap but they aren't outrageous either.

you will not be disappointed with the bilsteins....however depending on your ride height choose wisely.

hd's for stock to a 1.5 drop and sports for significantly lowered vehicles like a 2" sportline drop from eibach would give.
