Brakes won't hold the car
Hi everyone,
I'm sure something has to be up with my brakes. I can't even do a burn out and smoke the tyres because my little LG4 305 just pushes the car along (fortunately with some resistance from the brakes). Granted, my 305 surely isn't quite stock because it seems to have more snot than other cars of the same year, but even so, not being able to even have the car stationary and do a burnout just ain't right. I know third-gen brakes aren't the best anyway but I've seen plenty of video clips with guys doing this.
What is likely to be the problem? I have new pads installed and the rotors aren't warped either. They are however at their minimum thickness as it wouldn't be wise to machine them any further.
Any thoughts?

talk to ed miller about getting some ls1 brakes
or you could always get a line lock kit. if you dont want to do either of those, i suggest you check your fluid level and condition

The fluid level looks good. I've drag racing this Sunday so I'll give it the car a spin and see what if any difference is made.
