brake problem?

today i was drivin my car and i knowticed a strange sound coming from the rear of the car...it sounded kinda like metal scraping slightly it wasnt very loud...also whenever i got my car above 30 mph my steering wheel started vibrating so i pulled over to look and see if there where any visual signs of what was happening and i didnt really see anything out of the ordinary but i did knowtice a smell of burnt rubber coming from the driverside rear wheel and i could feel heat coming from it...anybody know what it could be?

probably smelling burning brakes. The Stock rubber hoses deteriorate and casue the calipers to stick and can casue vibration or puling to one side or the other.
