GM fixes my hand brake under recall

Good news, my local dealer fixed both my seat belt retractor, and my hand brake under the recalls of 1986, and 1991 at no cost. it took almost two months of working the system, but seems the best way is to be persistent with your local dealer. The local dealer persuaded the area rep, and he gave the ok, Good luck to all, Dennis

do you have to go to a GM dealer for them to fix it?
