How to remove Locking Lug-nuts

How the heck do you remove these damn things if you don't have a key. I was told to weld on a lug nut to the front of locking nut. That way you can grip it....what do you guys suggest?

Weld on a nut, use vice grips, pipe wrench, hammer on a socket, split it with an air chisel, drill out the stud, go to a tire shop and let them worry about it, whatever you can make work.

Wheel locks only stop casual theives anyway. Gimme a hammer and a socket and I'll have all 4 wheel locks off within 2 minutes if I really wanted the wheels.

With an electric impact gun your car would be on cinder blocks in 5. Quicker if you're working in a team.
