Sqeeks & Creeks after new suspension

Hey everyone, a few months ago I did a lot of work to my car regarding suspension, here's a list of things that I have done:

-Energy Suspension Control Arm Bushing Sets - Energy Suspension
Ball Joints - NAPA
Tie Rods-Inner - NAPA
Tie Rods-Outer - NAPA
Tie Rods-Sleeves - Coleman Racing
Idle Arm - NAPA
Sway Bar Bushings Front: 34mm - Top Down Solutions
Sway Bar Bushings Rear: 23mm - Top Down Solutions
Struts - KYB GR-2 Gas Strut
Shocks - KYB Gas-A-Just
Springs - Eibach Pro-Kit
Upper Strut Mounts - Spohn
Sub Frame Connector - Spohn Tubular
Strut Tower Brace - Edelbrock
Jam Nuts/Steel (Right) - Coleman Racing
Jam Nuts/Steel (Left) - Coleman Racing
Centerlink - MOOG

After everything was put it, all the noise that the car was making before, disappeared. I was amazed. However that is all gone now, as 6 thousand miles later, noises are back. However there are no more pops or clunks, more like sqeeks and creeks. Especially noticeable when going slow over speed bumps, making sharp left or right turns at slow speeds, and braking abruptly.

I feel it is something to do with the suspension, more so the springs or struts (the front). Is there some type of lubrication that needs to be done to correct this? I know everything was lubricated with polyurethane grease b/c of the poly bushings.

I was watching Trucks TV today, and noticed that on one of the trucks the guy had a special washer a big one, that went between the lower control arm and the spring, do our cars have that? Could that be what the problem is?

Lube everything.

i would guess with all the poly suspension peices, it needs to be lubed.

Lube it again. I lube all my bushings and front end just about every oil change.

You're also probably noticing squeaks from your poly bushings in your a-arms. There's nothing you can do about that now.

thanks...i dont get it thought, i thought these poly bushings were to help the situation, not make it worse. Should I go back to regular rubber bushings?

they will last a LONG time, if they aren't lubbed, they can make some noise. the noise isn't hurting anything. don't be scared to loob it up really good, a little extra won't hurt anything
