I'm getting a 12 bolt disc custom rear for a f body for free. My question is what would I need to do the swap. Ie: Do I have to swap master cylander? Proportioning valves? Break lines? any thing else I'm missing???

You'll need new sway bar mounts to fit the larger diameter tubes. I'm also pretty sure that the stock drum break setup will not work, but not 100% positive.

then in that case do a search on the numerous posts that have already been done on swapping to disks.......

 

i did the same swap..used a wildwood adj. valve for the rear brakes. havent had any probs. yet and its been a year since the swap.
