I'm considering going to dual electric fans, and I want to make sure there's no interference with my Globel West piece--as another thread suggested there might be.

I have dual electric fans out of an LT-1 Powered F-body installed in my car. When I installed my TDS wonderbar it ended up very close to the fans, but it all fits ok. I don't know if the Global West piece is significantly different, but I think you'll probably be ok. I can't guarantee it, but you should be able to make it work

I've got the Global West brace and the dual electric fans and have no clearances issues.

Mark,

Are your dual electric fans stock?

That wonder bra is probably why you have twins

Schultzy,

That's exactly what I wanted to hear. Thanks all.

Same here. To change out a fried fan motor, the bar has to be lowered to get to the fan bracket's bolt

To pull the fans I just unbolted the small 10mm bolts that hold in the whole lower bracket. The fans drop down enough so you can get to the larger bolts. Maybe then you can pull them out the top too?

How do the dual lt1 fans do as far as cooling? My single fan doesn't do the job anymore...especially if I have the ac on.

Compared to my stock single electric they're awesome! I feel like it's one of the best things I could have done to the car. There's some modification involved in installing them (you can search for my screenname and find my post about installing them) but I think it's definitely worth it in the long run!
