Early/late Strut Mount
I just got a set of monroe strut mounts and one of the holes is way too wide. I remember reading here that some of the new mounts were a one size fits all type for early and late strut towers. Does anyone know a part # or manufacturer that makes a set for a late model with just the regular slot for all three holes?

I see the problem you ran into........ I guess now they are just making the one size fits all one. My strut mounts will fit either 82-86 or 87-92 because that third "stot" is now a big square. The problem with these is that you have to use a huge washer under the nut for that stud, I don't like that.

I recently purchased NAPA Strut Mounts for my 86 TA. They came with the correct spacing.I dont have the P/N handy, but I got it from the NAPA Web Site. They were around $75 each.

I agree, I guess I'll order a set of moogs and see what they look like. But if one manufacturer makes all the mounts for the car I'm screwed unless I can find some old stock somewhere.
