JEGS line lock question

I have a jegs line lock, and i lost the instruction sheet. I coulda sworn it said put the IN twords the calipers, and the OUT twords the master cyl, (which sounds dumb) but I can't remember for sure.

This unit is made by B&M btw.

Found the instructions:

IN: This end should be placed toward the brakes (round brass end)
OUT: This end should be placed toward the master cylinder (3/4" hex nut end).

(that sounds backwards).
