Just food for thought. I have the Eibach Pro springs & my rear has not shifted.

so your rear is still fine becuz i do not wanna get the adj panhard bar...im short for money...its just i want stiff springs for handling....when i hit the gas my rear end squats like helll and when i brake my nose dives like crazzy...i know i need new springs...u think ill be fine with the pro kit and not have to get the adj panhard.....cuz i got monroe reflex's on the way and the wonderbar and STB...everything on the front is original so i think i should see a huge diff

If your car bounces up and down like a water bed it is most likely bad shocks and struts.
GM shocks and struts don't die over a long time, on me any way. They go fast.
If you chang the shocks and struts it should make the bouncy ride go away, V8 springs will make you ride a little higher too.

Chances are the IROC springs you have are worn out to. I would just get mooge replacment springs or go with BMR, hotchkiss or the prokit which only give you around a 1" drop. Your rear end does shift but it is more noticable the lower you go. With only a 1" drop you could feasable get away with the stocker. But lowering your car any amount changes its geometry and static posistioning of some parts.
