suspension travel problems with tubular k member and a arms
my car used to pull the front end hard.... lots of wheel gap when i stepped on the go pedal. tap it and all i could see was the hood while driving..
now i did PA racing k member, a arms, and drag brakes... car just plants and goes. the front end doesnt shoot up anymore.
could it be the 80lbs i lost off the car, or did i do something wrong?
i will be track testing it this sunday, im just kinda confused. i was hoping with more weight off the front, it would really shoot up. maybe with the weight gone my car can transfer weight without having to stuggle to lift all the front end up?
whatcha think?

Is the car faster or slower than before? How do the 60ft times compare? I've never understood the fascination with cars lifting the nose. All of that lifting is wasted energy and time. Look at how a Pro-Stock launches. Minimal lift..all forward motion. That's what you want.
As to why it's different? Are you using the same shocks and springsas before? If so could be something binding or it could be a designed in change to the suspension geometry. Just as rear suspension can have Anti-Sqaut designed in, front suspension can have Anti-Dive and Anti-Lift built in. All depends on placement of suspension pickup points.

everything is the same as before, all that has been changed is k member and a arms. i am still running factory worn out struts and iroc springs. im thinking that the only factor making the front end not lift is all the weight ive lost.
ill be running tomorrow at the local track..... hope it goes well.
thanks for all the input. anything you can think of, chime in, please.
